Refund Policy

This Refund Policy forms part of the PerfectVector Terms of Service and applies to paid subscriptions to the Service, operated by Rastrix Inc. ("we", "us", "our").
1. The Rule
A refund is available within 14 days of a charge if — and only if — you have made no Download Claims under that paid period.
Once you have made even one Download Claim under the paid period, the fee for that period is non-refundable. After 14 days from the charge date, fees are non-refundable regardless of use.
A "Download Claim" is defined in the Terms of Service §4.1 — it is the one-per-image authorization recorded when you click Download. It is not the number of times your browser saves the file to disk, and re-downloading an image you previously claimed does not count as a new Claim.
2. How to Request a Refund
Self-serve. Go to your account settings and click Request refund on your Light subscription. If you are eligible under §1, the refund is processed immediately and typically appears on your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your card-issuing bank.
If the Request refund button is hidden or disabled, your subscription is not currently eligible — typically because the 14-day window has closed or a Download Claim has already been recorded under the paid plan. You can cancel your subscription from the same page at any time to stop the next renewal.
If you believe the eligibility check is wrong — for example, because of a service outage or a charge that should not have been made — email contact@perfectvector.com with the charge date (and the order number from your receipt, if available). We will review the case individually.
3. Effect of a Refund
- Your subscription terminates immediately on refund approval.
- Your account returns to the Free plan at that moment. Any Claims you made before the refund remain in your history and count against Free-plan quota within the rolling 20-hour window.
- You may subscribe again at any time. However, repeated refund-and-resubscribe cycles may trigger an account review at our discretion — see Terms §3.3.
4. Questions About a Charge
If you believe a charge is incorrect — for example, because of an unexpected renewal, a service issue, or any other concern — please contact us at contact@perfectvector.com within 60 days of the charge. We can usually resolve billing questions directly and quickly. Disputes filed through your card issuer may take longer and could affect access to your account while they are under review.
5. Payment Processor Discretion
Our payment processor retains independent discretion to process refunds under its own policy, regardless of the rule in §1. Where a refund is issued in this way, your subscription terminates on the same terms as §3.
6. Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy removes or limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence. In particular, users resident in the Republic of Korea may exercise the statutory right of withdrawal under Article 17 of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률) where its preconditions are met. Where statutory rights apply, they operate alongside this policy.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may modify this Refund Policy. Material changes follow the notice mechanism in Terms §13.
