How does PerfectVector handle WebP files?
PerfectVector accepts WebP directly. Static files use the normal preparation flow, while animated files open a frame selector so you can choose the single still frame to vectorize.
Is the quality the same as converting from PNG?
The result depends on the visible detail and compression in the source, not just its extension. Compare the protected preview instead of assuming a WebP and PNG copy will produce identical paths.
Can I convert animated WebP files?
Yes. PerfectVector shows the animation beside a selected still frame and vectorizes only the frame you confirm. It does not create an animated SVG.
What's the maximum file size I can upload?
PerfectVector prepares the image in your browser. The prepared upload must fit within a 5 MiB processing budget. If resizing or compression could affect quality, you review the change before it continues.
How does pricing work?
Vectorizing and preview are always free and unlimited — you only spend a credit when you download a finished file.
