PerfectVector MCP Terms
The supplemental terms for using PerfectVector through AI assistants.
Effective date: 2026-10-18.

1. How these terms apply
These MCP Terms supplement and incorporate the PerfectVector Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Rastrix Inc. operates both. Together with the Terms, our Privacy Policy, the MCP Privacy Notice and our Refund Policy, they govern your use of the PerfectVector connector for AI assistants (the "Connector"). If these MCP Terms conflict with the Terms, these MCP Terms control for the Connector.
An official integration. The Connector is an official PerfectVector integration. You may use it directly, or through an AI assistant, agent, script or other software acting on your instructions, including for automated and programmatic use, as these MCP Terms allow. That use is permitted despite the limits on scripted, automated and API access in §3.3, §8.3 and §9 of the Terms, and it is not an "AI or machine-learning purpose" under §10 of the Terms.
What stays prohibited. These MCP Terms do not permit scraping, scripting or automating the PerfectVector website or its non-public interfaces, using automation to get around rate limits, quotas, pauses or other restrictions, or using the Service to build AI or machine-learning datasets or competing systems. Those bans in §8.3, §9 and §10 of the Terms still apply.
2. What the Connector does
The Connector is our official integration built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP). It lets an AI assistant that supports it, such as ChatGPT or Claude, use your PerfectVector account to:
- convert an image you choose into SVG, using our standard conversion settings;
- check the status of your conversion requests and deliver finished results;
- download again, or read the content of, results you have already received;
- show which PerfectVector account is connected and its credit balance.
The Connector does not create images from text. It cannot buy credits, change your plan or delete your account.
3. Connecting your account
You start the connection in your assistant and sign in to PerfectVector with Google. If you do not have an account yet, signing in creates one under our usual sign-up rules. The PerfectVector account you sign in with is the one whose credits are used. It does not need to match the email address of your assistant account.
Connecting is free and works even when your balance is zero. A connection lasts up to 30 days. After that, or after you disconnect, you connect again.
Anyone who can use your assistant account while it is connected can use the Connector with your PerfectVector account. Keep your assistant account secure, and disconnect if you share it.
4. Credits
The Connector uses the same standard credits as the website. Credits, plans, prices, purchases and refunds are covered by the Terms (§4, §5 and §7) and the Refund Policy; these MCP Terms do not change them. Credits are used in the order set out in §4.1 of the Terms. You can buy credits only on our website; the Connector cannot make purchases. This section covers only how the Connector charges.
- Failed conversions are free. We use a credit only for a request whose vectorization succeeds. A failed request, including a failed retry, uses no credit. This is our only promise about charging; the rest of this section describes how the Connector behaves today.
- Retries (current behaviour). If you retry a failed request, we reuse the image you already sent.
- Charged per request. A request uses standard credits when its result is released to your assistant. Finishing a request does not by itself use a credit; releasing it does. One request may return one or more results; they are released and charged together. Today each request returns one SVG and uses one standard credit. A request is charged at the credit cost in effect when you make it.
- Delivery within 15 minutes (current behaviour). When a request finishes within 15 minutes of when you made it, its SVG is released to your assistant automatically and the credit is used, without another click. If you come back later, the PerfectVector card asks you to select Get my SVG before it charges. If you ran out of credits and add more, reopening the conversation within 15 minutes of the request delivers it and uses the credit automatically.
- A credit is needed to start. A new request starts only when your balance has at least one credit.
- Repeat retrieval (current behaviour, not a guarantee). Today, downloading or reading the results of a released request again is free, through any connected assistant, while we still store them. Download links expire after 5 minutes, and a new link is free. If the results are no longer stored, we say so and do not start a new paid request.
- A new request is charged again. If you ask for a new conversion, even of the same image, it is a new request.
Changes to Connector prices, including how many credits a request uses, follow the rules and notice periods for changes in §14 of the Terms.
5. Your requests and your assistant
You are responsible for the requests made through your connection, including requests your assistant makes while it carries out your instructions. We treat a conversion request that arrives through your connection as your request, and we do not ask you to confirm each request separately. Your assistant may ask you to approve its use of the Connector. Those approval prompts come from the assistant, not from us.
Send only images you have the right to convert. §8 (Acceptable Use) and §10 (No AI/ML Training) of the Terms apply to everything you do through the Connector, as §1 of these MCP Terms adjusts them.
6. Acceptable use of the Connector
Besides following the Terms, you agree not to:
- use the Connector other than through its official connection flow, or copy, share or reuse the credentials it issues to your assistant;
- use the Connector as a bulk conversion service, to build datasets, or to get around limits, quotas or pauses;
- try to reach another account's conversions or files;
- send images or file links you are not allowed to share.
We may limit how many requests run at once. Today the limit is one request at a time per account through the Connector. We may also pause new requests or new deliveries to protect the Service. Pausing does not itself charge you.
7. Your assistant provider
ChatGPT is provided by OpenAI, and Claude by Anthropic. They are independent services, not part of PerfectVector, and their own terms and privacy policies govern your use of them. We do not control how an assistant provider handles your conversations, your files or the results we deliver into your conversation. We also do not control when it uses the Connector, or whether it keeps offering the Connector. Our MCP Privacy Notice explains what we send to your assistant.
8. No service level
The Connector has no uptime commitment or service-level agreement. We may change, limit, suspend or discontinue it, in whole or in part, at any time. We may limit who can connect, for example to accounts we invite. It may not work with every assistant, plan, device or country. §13 (Service Availability) and §15–§16 (warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability) of the Terms apply.
9. Disconnecting
Remove PerfectVector in your assistant's connector settings. A connection ends 30 days after sign-in. Deleting your PerfectVector account ends all connections at once.
We may end a connection, or your access to the Connector, if you break these MCP Terms or the Terms, or to protect the Service. Ending a connection does not undo requests already released. Files that you or your assistant have downloaded stay where they are, and a download link issued before a connection ended keeps working until it expires, at most 5 minutes later.
10. Changes
We may update these MCP Terms. Changes, including changes to Connector prices, follow the rules and notice periods in §14 of the Terms.
