One account, one balance

PerfectVector MCP uses the same credit balance as the PerfectVector website. Connecting is free and works with zero credits. You need at least one credit to start a new conversion. If you run out of credits, the PerfectVector card shows the connected account and its balance.

When a credit is used

A request uses credits when its finished SVG is released to your conversation, which is when the SVG becomes available to download or read. Today, each request uses one credit. The cost in effect when you make the request applies, and the cost may change.

Normally your SVG is delivered as soon as it's ready, with no separate preview, confirmation, or unlock step. If your SVG is ready within 15 minutes of your request, it's released to your conversation automatically, without a click, and the request's credit is used. It's charged once, even if both the card and your assistant deliver it.

If it isn't released within 15 minutes of your request, for example because you come back later or the conversion takes longer, the PerfectVector card shows Get my SVG · 1 credit. Select it to receive the finished SVG. That is the request's charge, not an extra one.

If your balance runs out before a finished SVG is released, the SVG waits for you without a charge while it's still stored. After you add credits, reopening the conversation within 15 minutes of your request delivers the SVG and uses the credit automatically, without a click. Otherwise, select Get my SVG in the card or ask your assistant to continue the conversion. The image isn't converted again.

What's free

  • Connecting your assistant is free.
  • Checking a conversion's status is free.
  • A conversion that fails or stops before it finishes is free.
  • Starting a retry of a failed conversion is free, and so is a retry that fails. A retry reuses the image you already sent.
  • Asking to retry a conversion that already succeeded or is still processing is free. Nothing new starts.
  • Getting a new download link is free.
  • Downloading or reading a released SVG again is free while it's stored. This is how it works today, not a guarantee.

What's charged

  • A request is charged when its finished SVG is released to your conversation: one credit today, at the cost in effect.
  • A retry that succeeds is charged once, when its SVG is released, like any request.
  • A new request for the same image is a new request, so it's charged again. To get an SVG you already have, ask for a new download link instead.

After a timeout or an interrupted reply, ask your assistant to check the existing conversion rather than start a new one.

Buying credits

You can't buy credits inside ChatGPT or Claude. Buy them on the PerfectVector pricing page, then return to your conversation. Purchases and refunds follow the website's Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

A download link works for 5 minutes. If it expires, select Download SVG in the PerfectVector card again or ask your assistant for a new link. A new link is free.

The SVG is named after your original image, for example logo.png → logo.svg. If there's no file name, it's named with a unique ID plus .svg.

If an SVG is no longer stored, PerfectVector says it's unavailable and doesn't start a new paid conversion. Files are kept for about 30 days; see privacy and support. For other delivery problems, see troubleshooting.
