A conversion is still processing

Each PerfectVector account runs one request at a time through PerfectVector MCP, so a new request is declined while the current one is still processing. Wait for it to finish, or ask the assistant to check its status. Checking the status is free.

Progress in the PerfectVector card is an estimate and can pause near the end. If the card seems stuck, refresh its status in the card or ask the assistant to check the conversion.

The card asks you to get your SVG

Normally your SVG is released automatically when it's ready. If it isn't released within 15 minutes of your request, for example because you come back later or the conversion takes longer, the PerfectVector card shows Get my SVG · 1 credit. Select it to receive the finished SVG. That is the request's charge, not an extra one. If you're out of credits, add credits first; see You're out of credits.

A reply was interrupted

Ask to recover the existing conversion before you start a new one:

Example request
Check the status of my existing PerfectVector conversion and get its SVG if it's ready. Don't start a new conversion.

A new conversion of the same image is a new request and uses another credit. See credits and delivery.

Claude doesn't use the image you attached

Claude can't pass chat attachments to PerfectVector. Choose the image in the PerfectVector card instead. If Claude asks you to upload the image, ask it to open the picker:

Example request
Open the PerfectVector image picker so I can choose an image to convert to SVG.

The image can't be sent or is rejected

Make sure the file is a PNG, JPEG, or WebP of at most 5 MiB, with each side between 100 and 4,096 pixels; see supported inputs. If the assistant can't send an image you attached, choose the original file in the PerfectVector card.

You're out of credits

You need at least one credit to start a conversion. Buy credits on the PerfectVector pricing page, then return to the conversation.

If your balance ran out after the image was converted but before the SVG was released, the SVG waits for you without a charge while it's still stored. After you add credits, reopen the conversation: within 15 minutes of your request, the SVG is delivered and the credit is used automatically, without a click. Otherwise, select Get my SVG in the card or ask the assistant to continue the conversion. The image isn't converted again.

Download links work for 5 minutes. Ask the assistant for a new link, or select Download SVG in the PerfectVector card again. A new link is free.

You're asked to confirm a download

After you select Download SVG, ChatGPT asks Open external link? and Claude asks Download file. The message comes from your assistant, not from PerfectVector. Confirm it to save your SVG. If a link has expired by then, ask for a new one. New links are free.

The SVG is no longer available

Files are kept for about 30 days after upload. After that, PerfectVector says the SVG is unavailable and doesn't charge you. To get the SVG again, start a new conversion of the original image; it's a new request and uses a credit.

Your connection ended

A connection lasts 30 days from when you connect, and using it doesn't extend that. Reconnect from your assistant's connector settings and sign in with the same Google account. Then ask the assistant to check your existing conversion before you start a new one.

The PerfectVector sign-in page must be completed within 5 minutes. If it says the link expired, start the connection again from your assistant. No credits were used.

The wrong PerfectVector account is connected

Your conversions and credits belong to the PerfectVector account you signed in with. To use a different account, remove PerfectVector from your assistant's connector settings, add it again, and pick the other Google account when you sign in.

PerfectVector is temporarily paused or busy

If PerfectVector says conversion is temporarily paused, try again later. A paused request isn't started and doesn't use a credit. If it says it's busy, wait a moment and ask the assistant to try the same request again.

You still need help
