What PerfectVector receives and keeps when you use it in your assistant, the policies that apply, and how to get help.

## What PerfectVector receives

- When you connect, PerfectVector receives your basic Google profile (name, email address, and profile picture) and your Google account ID, the same as when you sign in on the website.
- When you convert, PerfectVector receives the image you choose, or the image your assistant sends at your request, with its file name, file size, and pixel dimensions.
- If your assistant offers several images for you to choose from, PerfectVector receives temporary links to them but downloads only the one you choose.

Apart from your Google sign-in and the connection and technical details described in the [MCP Privacy Notice](/docs/mcp/privacy), PerfectVector receives only what your assistant sends in its PerfectVector tool calls, such as the image or a link to it and request IDs. It doesn't receive your conversation, prompts, or chat history. Send only images you have the right to share and convert.

## How long files are kept

- Images and SVG results are deleted automatically about 30 days after upload. Free repeat downloads work only during this time.
- Conversion and credit records are kept with your account history, like your conversions on the website.

We don't use your images to train machine-learning models. The details are in the [MCP Privacy Notice](/docs/mcp/privacy), which supplements the [Privacy Policy](https://perfectvector.com/privacy) for data PerfectVector receives through your assistant.

## Your assistant provider

ChatGPT (from OpenAI) and Claude (from Anthropic) are separate services. They handle your conversations and the files you share with them under their own terms and privacy policies.

PerfectVector sends your assistant the status of each request, whether a credit was used, the image's size and dimensions, a temporary download link with its file name, and, when the assistant asks for it, the SVG text. To show which account is connected, the PerfectVector card also receives your account email address, name, and credit balance. This information passes through your assistant provider's service.

Copies kept by your assistant, and files you've downloaded, are outside PerfectVector's control. Deleting a conversation in your assistant doesn't delete PerfectVector's copy of your files.

## Your connection

Anyone who can use your assistant account while PerfectVector is connected can convert images with your PerfectVector credits. Keep your assistant account secure.

To disconnect, remove PerfectVector from your assistant's connector settings. Connections end 30 days after you connect.

## Policies

When you use PerfectVector through your assistant, the [MCP Terms](/docs/mcp/terms) and the [MCP Privacy Notice](/docs/mcp/privacy) apply alongside PerfectVector's [Terms of Service](https://perfectvector.com/terms), [Privacy Policy](https://perfectvector.com/privacy), and [Refund Policy](https://perfectvector.com/refunds). The MCP Terms supplement the Terms of Service, and the MCP Privacy Notice supplements the Privacy Policy.
